Local theater asks "Who would you like to see here"? Gets a parade of odd, dated, nineties-two-hit-wonder suggestions.

I'm not going to indulge my own unfortunate music-snobbery further by naming names, but come on, people!  There actually has been good music made since that one time you bought a couple of top 40 albums during your junior year in high school, circa 1994.  Yeesh.
