Heads-up for fans of the IFC show Portlandia:

Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein are taking the show on the road and stopping at Philly's Trocadero on Sunday, February 19th.  I'm giving you a heads-up now because there are two shows, and the early show is already sold-out.  If you want tickets to the 10:30pm show, you'd better get on that.

It's all ages, costs $30+, and phenomenal songstress (and guitarist for Sufjan Stevens) St. Vincent has been known to make an appearance at some of the tour stops. 

"Portlandia: The Tour" will feature Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live) and Carrie Brownstein (Wild Flag, Sleater Kinney),the co-creators,writers and stars of IFC’s Portlandia,performing live music,presenting sneak-peek clips from the show's second season and sharing personal anecdotes about the creation and inspiration of Portlandia and its variety of eccentric characters."
