Parting thought:
Ah February - the shortest and yet decidedly longest-feeling month.  But March is around the corner, and then we can all pretend it's spring even though most of March isn't spring at all.  Stay with me, people: beating back the winter blahs is all about playing mind tricks with yourself.  You march into those state park wooded trails, you find yourself an early-blooming native plant like the salmon lily, and by God, you declare to your soul that it's spring.   Unless you're one of those weirdos who enjoys winter more, in which case we have nothing in common, but Happy Last Full Month of Winter to you, buddy.

Upcoming: Bob Mould at WCL Philly next Wed., Sharon Van Etten at JBs on 2/10, Otis Day at the Blockley on 2/18, Spinto Band at JB's on 2/25.
