Monday 9/17:

  • Showing of The Story of Film: An Odyssey, parts 3 & 4 at Theatre N. 7pm, $7. More info on film.
  • Polish Festival, on the riverfront, 5-10pm. Free.
  • Board game night & Quizzo at the Queen. 7pm.
  • Movie Monday at the Trocadero: Jawbreaker, 1999.  Costumes encouraged. 21+, $3.  Doors at 6:30, show at 8, arrive before 7 and get a free beer and popcorn.
  • Mount Eerie and Far Out Fangtooth at the First Unitarian Church. All ages, $12.

Tuesday 9/18:
  • Trolley Square Farmers' Market, Tuesdays 4-7:30pm thru late Sept. Next to Logan House.
  • Polish Festival, on the riverfront, 5-10pm. Free.
  • Florence & the Machine and The Weeknd at Susquehanna Bank Center. All ages, $25-$75.
  • Joe Jackson & the Bigger Band at the Keswick Theatre. $39-$59.
  • Philadelphia premiere screening of The Rise and Fall of The Clash at the Trocadero.  With performances by Blayer Pointdujour and The High Five. Ticket and info link.
  • Beach: Rehoboth Farmers' Market, Tuesdays 12-4 thru late Oct. At lower end of Reho. Ave.
  • The Queen Theatre's grilled cheese & craft beer tasting event is sold-out.

Wednesday 9/19:
  • No more Wilmington Farmers Market on Rodney Square! It's been replaced by a smaller Friday market a block away on Nemours Plaza, 11th & Tatnall. 
  • "Eating For Energy" workshop at Janssen's Market (Rt. 52 in Greenville) by local health guru Liz Freeman.  Free samples (of foods like salmon dill quinoa bites) included.  7-8pm, free. More info.
  • "The IN Show": a gameshow-style preview of IN Wilmington week, hosted by comedian Ian Fidance, at Chelsea Tavern. 5:30-7pm, FREE.
  • Doggy happy hour at the Delaware Humane Association near the riverfront. 5-7pm, free.  Mingle with other DHA supporters and let your dog mingle in the dog run. 
  •  Polish Festival, on the riverfront, 5-10pm. Free.
  • Frontier Ruckus (they were main support at the Hoots & Hellmouth cd release TLA show a year ago) with Chamberlain and On The Water at Johnny Brenda's. $10.
  • Wax Wednesdays at 1984, at 4th & Greenhill. The focus is on vintage music. Bring your own vinyl to play and get $1 off drinks all night.  8pm-1am.
  • 4W5 Blues Jam at the Queen. 7pm, free.
