Mural opportunity for Delaware artists, with the division of Parks & Rec.

The Delaware Division of Parks & Recreation is seeking applications from Muralists for its inaugural Artist in Residence Program. Applications will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges with a winner notified by August 10th, 2012. Applications will be judged on artistic merit, creativity, and ability to express the theme, Children in Nature. The artist selected will create a mural for Delaware Seashore State Park, with the assistance of volunteers, between September 8th through October 31st, 2012.
